Financial Analyst I (Healthcare)
Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is seeking a Financial Analyst I. This role will be responsible for supporting financial analysis activities by generating insights, preparing reports, and developing models as required. This role will assist in month-end financial close activities and with the preparation of monthly operating review presentations. Will be required to work a Hybrid schedule at the corporate office in Dallas, TX, 75244.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue journal entries as part of the financial close process
- Assist in other aspects of the month-end financial close process, including reviewing and validating financial data
- Assist in developing automated reporting and forecasting tools
- Support annual budgeting activities by preparing templates, compiling data, and performing preliminary analysis
- Generate and maintain monthly operating review PowerPoint presentations
- Convert financial data into clear, visual presentations
- Collaborate with other departments (operations, accounting) on joint projects
- Conduct preliminary market research, data mining, and basic valuations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of external reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, work environment
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to use discretion appropriately and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another related field
- Strong financial modeling experience
- 1 – 3 years’ experience pertaining to financial analysis and data manipulation
- Familiarity with data query/data management tools and code such as Microsoft SQL Server
- Healthcare industry experience.
