Revenue Cycle Coordinator (Hybrid) - Dallas, TX
Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is seeking a Revenue Cycle Coordinator. This full-time, non-exempt role will assist in all phases of the Revenue Cycle processes to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely billing; proper documentation; accurate and complete reimbursement; and high patient satisfaction. This role will focus on RCM processes associated with Physician Services billing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assists Manager in handling the day-to-day operations.
- Supports IES teams and department leaders through special projects.
- Assists Manager in reporting and analyses related to revenue cycle matters within scope of role.
- Responsible for handling any Single Case Agreement (SCA) and the Pre-Certification/Pre-Authorization processes within scope of role.
- Conducts internal workflow reviews and audits, identifying any errors, and providing timely audit findings and recommendation to the Manager; assists with creation and maintenance of training manuals and billing processes and procedures.
- Identifies through monthly audits full charge capture, appropriate pricing, and CPT coding attached to charges is occurring; works collaboratively with departments to create refined processes to improve charge capture and pricing though lean.
- Conducts periodic bill audits to identify billing problems; identify source of error and work with billers and/or payers to correct any discrepancies.
- Supports other IES department overlap of work efforts; Practice Administrators, Patient Inquiries, IES Support, within scope of role under manager

Education / Experience: Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or related field.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of surgical coding, registration, financial counseling, or scheduling experience
- Professional Coder Certification and/or surgical Coding Certification
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
