Operations Manager - Dallas, TX
Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is seeking an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager oversees key operational functions within the organization, including practice administration support, anesthesia support, clinician contract management, and project execution. While this role may involve multiple individuals, each will be responsible for specific areas within the broader scope of operational management. The Operations Manager will ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks, drive process improvements, and maintain cost-effective operations across assigned functions. This role is responsible for managing and improving assigned operational areas and the proper execution of all assigned projects, the role requires collaboration with internal teams, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring that all operations align with IES standards and objectives. Additionally, the Operations Manager will oversee various reporting and management tools that are crucial for IES to ensure operations are managed effectively and within budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversees the administration of assigned operational functions, programs, and procedures.
- Manages all aspects of the Anesthesia Support team. Provide guidance and direct oversight of the Anesthesia Provider schedule to ensure accurate daily provider volumes to cover all anesthetizing units.
- Provides oversight and guidance and serves as an escalation point for the practice management function.
- Manage the clinician contract intake process, ensuring requests are accurate, complete, and approved. Oversee clinician contract template development, implementation, and review processes, partnering with legal and finance to ensure compliance and accuracy. Assist in drafting and filing clinician contracts as needed. Provide training and feedback to the recruiting team to ensure adherence to contract processes.
- Mentor employees, counsel and provide disciplinary actions to assigned personnel, and work to facilitate individual and team development that drives positive results and ensures IES Guiding Principles are exemplified.
- Provides coverage and serves as back up as needed for practice administration team or anesthesia operations team.
- Provides ideas/recommendations to foster improvement in productivity, performance, and morale. Identifies and drives process and system improvements across operational areas to improve efficiency and/or experience.
- Manages all aspects of assigned projects to ensure project milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets. Monitor, recommend, and implement creative, efficient, and cost-effective administrative procedures.
- Facilitates and project manages assigned operational meetings, projects, and initiatives. Assists with the management of the “Start Up” process for new clients. Serves as the project manager in this area.
- Assist in the preparation of Monthly Key Indicators, including monthly statistics and dashboards. Works directly with assigned leaders to gather and evaluate metrics to improve the processes of the day-to-day operations. Performs data analysis and reporting to support department or organizational initiatives.
- Assesses performance of projects/events and make recommendations to elevate future projects/events.
- Oversees the development, approval, implementation of the Practice Administrator Manual and the operation teams’ Standard Operational Procedures (SOP's). Works with applicable key stakeholders to ensure appropriate updates are incorporated, disseminated, and adhered to.
- Builds, nurtures, and maintains relationships with client hospital personnel, contracting providers, and internal departmental partners. Coordinates and/or resolves issues/conflicts.
- Manages vendor relationships as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education / Experience: Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Required:
- 5 years of related experience and/or knowledge in healthcare operations or related field.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in provider relations, clinician contract management, or project management
- Prior supervisory experience
